
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease biscuit tray

Beat butter until soft and then mix in sugars. Beat until light
and fluffy. Add egg, essence and mix well. |

Slowly fold flour
into mixture, small amounts at a time. The mixture is then
ready when it does not stick to the bowl. |

Mix in Lucky Slivered Almonds and choc chips. Roll teaspoonfuls
of mixture into balls. Flatten but leave enough room for
spreading.

Bake for 15 minutes or until they turn a light golden colour.
Leave on hot tray for 1 minute, then take off.

You can add more or less of Lucky Slivered Almonds
or chocolate chips, as your heart so desires.
