Pepitas
Funny name but delicious to eat. Pepitas (or pumpkin seeds) may be small but they’re big on health benefits.
Loaded with vital minerals they’re one of the best natural sources of manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, copper, protein, iron and zinc, Pepitas, like most nuts and seeds, contain healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
When snacking or adding them to muesli, a little goes a long way with pepitas.
