This July, when the weather’s chilly and the food is plenty, why not get together and celebrate Christmas in July? For us, the festive season is not just about making incredible dishes, but also about celebrating with family and sharing great food made together. We love the dependable recipes handed down from generation to generation and it’s these recipes that we want to highlight this July! But only the best will do. Our Christmas in July competition is calling for Australia’s best family recipes that use nuts! If you’ve got a great recipe that’s been in your family forever, we want to see it (as long as it uses nuts). By filling out the form below or sending us a message on Facebook, providing the recipe name, ingredients and method, you’ll have a chance to be featuring in our 2019 Christmas Recipe Book, as well as receive a stunning Cook Book Holder, Measuring Spoons and plenty of Lucky nuts too! We are looking for classic family recipes for this Christmas! The recipe must be unique (your own family favourite, not borrowed from someone else!) and, of course, use Lucky nuts. Our favourite ten recipes will feature in our 2019 Christmas Recipe Book, and their authors will receive a wonderful prize pack. Each recipe must include a Recipe Name, Recipe Ingredients and Recipe Method.

    3. Entry is only open to Australian residents.     4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
    5. Promotion commences at 9am EST on 03/07/19 and ends at 11:59pm EST on 28/07/19 (“Promotional Period”)
    6. To enter, eligible individuals must submit an original recipe made using Lucky nuts. The recipe must be wholly original, or if not, the entrant must have express consent from the original author to submit. Entries must be submitted via the Lucky Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LuckyNutsAustralia/ by sending through a direct message, or through the Christmas in July landing page https://www.luckynuts.com.au/christmas. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period.
    7. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
    8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
    10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    11. The judging will take place at the end of the promotional period, with judging occurring by Friday 2nd August, 2019.
    12. The winners will be notified by direct message and/or email.
    13. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). Each entry will be individually judged based on recipe quality, creativity and originality.
    14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    19. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. Please note, the 2019 Christmas Recipe Book will not be delivered until the first week of December 2019.
    20. Delivery of the prize will be discussed with each prize winner. Select Harvests will deliver the prize at a time agreeable to both parties to an Australian address.
    21. When an entrant submits any materials via the promotion including comments, answers to promotional questions, recordings and images (“Content”), the entrant, unless the Promoter advises otherwise, licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
