8 scoops vanilla ice cream
8 tablespoons chocolate sauce
LUCKY PISTACHIOS, LUCKY SLIVERED ALMONDS & LUCKY CRUSHED PEANUTS
200g dark chocolate
80ml (⅓ cup ) heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ tablespoon golden syrup
1. To make the chocolate sauce, combine chocolate, cream, butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly
2. Peel bananas and cut them in half lengthways.
3. Arrange 2 banana halves in each bowl.
4. Add 2 scoops of ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and scatter with Lucky Almonds, Pistachios & Peanuts.
