500g of dark or milk cooking chocolate
100g (1 cup) Lucky Natural Macadamias, roughly chopped
40g (½ cup) desiccated coconut
100g (½ cup) glace cherries
- Line a slice tin with non-stick paper or lightly greased foil.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.
- Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine. Pour into prepared slice tin, smooth top with a spatula and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares with a sharp knife dipped into very hot water.
You can use Lucky Natural Hazelnuts as an alternative to the macadamias for a deliciously different taste!
